Dream Dictionary

A dictionary from the Spellbook — symbols A–Z, and themes from Alphabet through Wedding.

The symbol list and themes follow the Dream Moods A–Z dictionary and theme pages. The readings here are written for the Spellbook. A symbol is a reading, not a prediction.

A calf is immaturity. Some quality in you still needs time to grow.

    Animals

    Animals

A cat is independence, creativity, and a sharp feminine power, and it can also be deceit or bad luck. Aggression, a missing tail, or a dead cat points to that freedom being threatened or refused.

    AnimalsCommon

  • Cattle

Cattle say move carefully in a situation or a bond. A herd is lost individuality or prosperity; a stampede is something in your life running out of control.

    Animals

A chipmunk is the past gripped too tightly. It is time to let some of it go.

    Animals

  • Cow

    Animals

  • Coyote

A coyote is deception and weakness. An attack by coyotes is a struggle with your own selfish needs.

    Animals

  • Crab

A crab is perseverance that can turn into clinging to a hopeless bond. It is also avoidance, and an irritable mood.

    Animals

  • Crocodile

A crocodile is hidden strength and hidden danger, often bad advice from someone close. It can be your own snappish temper, or false feeling; being chased or bitten is a painful inner truth you refuse to face.
