Handmade Oddities Marketplace
Rules for selling in the in-app marketplace (Ghostly tier listing access)
Acceptable items
- Handmade or small-batch art, crafts, jewelry, apparel, and home goods with a horror, gothic, punk, or alternative vibe
- Curated vintage or oddity pieces you legally own and can ship
- Physical goods you will fulfill yourself (clear photos, honest descriptions, accurate condition)
- Collectibles and props that comply with law and shipping rules (no restricted materials)
Not allowed
- Anything illegal, unsafe, or that violates this covenant (harassment, hate, exploitation)
- Weapons, drugs, drug paraphernalia, and age-restricted items
- Live animals, human remains, or biological materials
- Counterfeits, stolen goods, or items that infringe someone else's intellectual property
- Digital-only listings meant to evade rules, spam, or misleading "mystery" scams
- Explicit sexual content or items marketed as adult novelties
Seller fee, tax & payouts
Sales are processed through the platform checkout. A 6% platform fee applies to the pre-tax subtotal (item price plus shipping, before sales tax) to cover card processing costs. Sales tax is calculated automatically from the buyer's shipping address, collected at checkout, and included in the seller's payout — sellers remit tax to the appropriate authorities. Payouts are issued on our schedule after orders complete and any review period — only for sellers who are approved vendors. Listing access alone does not guarantee payout eligibility.

Consequences of Violations
What happens when community rules are broken

First-time minor violations result in a warning and educational guidance.
Temporary Ban
Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension from the platform.
Permanent Ban
Severe violations or repeated offenses may result in permanent account removal.
